I wasted no time after finishing Camelback than by going directly over to Piestewa, just 15 minutes’ drive away. Started at 9:00 AM. My legs were hammered from Camelback but I found my second wind. The hike up Piestewa is also steep with a lot of steps hacked into the rock. More great views at the top! I couldn’t find the USGS summit marker, but I did find a nice drawing of an alien head ????
