What an amazing and challenging hike! The hardest of my hiking career and I loved every minute of the climb! Going down, not so fun…very slippery. It is a long hike. I clocked 10 miles and 22,000 steps by the end of the hike. There were 4 rescues while we were hiking. Watching the helicopter navigate the canyon was amazing!
