Hiked to Fremont Saddle via the Peralta Canyon trail (4.8 mi.). It was a warm and beautiful day (about 88 degrees with a light breeze). The trail has some shaded areas which gives you a break from direct sun. The hike itself provides beautiful views of different rock formations and color. Although the hike isn't as challenging as some of the other hikes in the Six Pack of Peaks, it is definitely worth doing. I liked that the trail wasn't overcrowded as we went through long stretches without seeing anyone. The best part of the hike was the close up view of the 1,000 foot monolith known as Weavers Needle. I highly recommend this hike.
