Absolutely gorgeous day! I’ve done this hike before from Vivian Creek- but this route makes for a long but relatively easy day. The parking area was full of cars even though we got there before sun rise. We only saw a few groups as we ascended until we merged with the other trailheads- at which point it got busy and was packed at the peak.
It was windy and quite cool at the top but got warm when the wind died down during the descent.
It was an incredibly good day- in part because this is a great hike but also in large part because of the incredible people I hiked with!!
