I have named this hike Greased Lightening for two reasons, first for the guy who was merely practicing on the steepest incline and passed us like 3 times (running up and down) while were just trying to get to the Blue Ridge.  Really impressed how one can do that.  And second facing actual Lightening and thunderstorm while were on Manzanita Point Road, fully exposed at the top, holding metal hiking poles.  Yikes!  There was no where to hide.  :-).   All in all, it was an adventurous day and a tough hike!  Bring lots of water, I went through 4 liters.
