Started the hike at 0400 to beat the heat that was coming during the day. Spent the first hour hiking in dark with a headlight but it was nice 60s.
Sunrise happened at 0530 and it was a beautiful rise with the morning light on the wildflowers. The hike to the peak took 4 hours with a lot of people on the the trail. Back at trailhead at noon with temps at 92.
