Solo jaunt up black.

Overcast and windy but oh so outstanding. Firs visit here and this trail has left me breathless with its views.

Last half mile to summit was lightly raining. By the time I got to sign indicating peak was. 01 away it began to fiercely rain and wind gusts were crazy. I knew I would not be able to stay there long.

Hail came down violently,  quickly and sideways. Shot a quick video of summit for my proof I was there. Snapped a shot of my foot near the survey marker and back down I went.

About a quarter mile down it got sunny but the wind remained sporadically through the duration back to my truck.

Awesome trail and I loved every cold minute of it.

I came from south OC to conquer 3 peaks and I did just that. I'll be back in Aug. I believe to complete the other 3
