The first 1.8 miles is fairly steep single track, but once you get up to the access road then it's a gradual ascent the rest of the way. Many people opted to drive their 4WDs up the mountain today. There were some patches of snow near the top but microspikes weren't needed. Clear and sunny with cool temps
