Hiked up gould then down thunderbolt. Was able to run down most of thunderbolt but it’s a very steep descent at first. Worth it to bring a bandana to assist with social distancing/covid practices as the peak gets pretty busy. Probably say 10 groups on my hike up.  A lot of it is runnable. Lots of routes and fun, slippery rocks.
