Hot Springs Mountain Trail

Hiking with Rayder (7 months old Chocolate Lab).  The first 2 miles were challenging but with no snow for that section made it very manageable-good workout. Starting around Mile 3 started hitting snow packs which were easy in the morning but were challenging on the return trip since the snow became soft and I started sinking into the 12 inches of snow.   Very windy towards the top and finding the peak was slightly challenging due to the snow pack and downed trees.  The weather was excellent and the views awesome.  Great Trail and after the first 2 miles the rest of the trail was not difficult at all.
