We woke up early from a nice nights rest, great dinner and sunset a top East San Bernardino Peak and we had one Peak left to go to complete the challenge. We first needed to grab some extra water at Trail Fork Springs and then rejoined the trail after our full up. We had enough to finish the trail, but knew we had a ton of miles left to go. Along our trail we took a quick rest a top Alto Diablo Peak to enjoy the views of Big Bear Lake and San Gorgornio mountains in the background. We made our way up the trail and switched to summit packs when we got to summit camp and celebrating completing all (8) peaks at the San Gorgonio Summit with Fire Ball Shots and a few patriotic photos before making our way down the mountain. After we made our way back to Vivian Creek, we picked up our other car at Angeles Oaks and found the closed 4-Star Mexican food place we could find. We were tired, exhausted, and only Tacos and Guacamole could revive us. Lucky for us, we had a 27-Mile adventure to close our the challenge that we’ll all always remember for the rest of our lives.
But now I need to find another challenge! ???
