The road to the trailhead is rough and rocky. If you drive a plain commuter vehicle, prepare to drive slowly and carefully to avoid damaging your car.
Perfect conditions, if maybe a tad chilly. By far the easiest of the SoCal Challenge peaks that I've done. Basically just a moderate incline for a few miles to the top. The hardest part is dodging all the off-roaders. The peak was a big annoying, there was a siren going off at the facility the entire time we were there. The views were still fantastic though. My friend and I shared a celebratory beer since I finished my goal of completing the Six Pack in six weeks. Honestly it was the perfect hike after my hellish experience on Ontario the day before. Would recommend for anyone who wants a stress free hike.
