We parked at Lake Poway and arrived at 6am. It was nice because we had to drive 1.5 hours to get there and the bathrooms were right by the car. The trail was fun and challenging with not to many people. When we got to the top there was a crazy line to get on potato chip Rock for a pic. This was probably the only bummer part of the hike. The weather great. The view was awesome! The descent down was fun as we ran down to make it a little more challenging. It was a good trip and worth the drive.
