Beautiful hike! Wow was the water flowing! We crossed streams and saw many amazing waterfalls! The first 4 miles were not hard but after Kelly Camp the trail was covered in lots of thick slushy snow. I wore micro spikes and they definitely didn’t help me. Trekking poles are a must! One of the hardest hikes I have ever done because of the snow but I am so glad we did it. 3 days later and I am still sore but strangely enough looking forward to more  beautiful torture! Onto our 3rd peak Father’s Day weekend and possibly the race in Big Bear on June 10th if schedule allows 🙂
