We went up Devils backbone and came down manker flats but should have done it the other way around. Manker flats was steep and some parts were very slippery. It was also hard on the knees. Half way down we regretted not going back down Devils backbone instead. Weather was perfect. Only patches of snow left but nothing by on the trail.
