Great hike but challenging. We did the loop going up devils backbone and down towards baldy bowl trail. The trail down was very steep with a lot of loose gravel. Our whole group slipped and fell a couple of times so good shoes are essential! Beautiful trail and great weather. Bring lots of water! We almost ran out with 3 liters each. Hiking poles were super helpful going down. Views were well worth the trek up.
