I got there and noticed it being a little cold, do I put on my long sleeve shirt. As I continued up the mountain it got progressively colder and colder so I put on my sweatshirt. The wind was definitely noticeable. With those two articles on, I still find myself shivering on the way up. It wasn't a long hike, but there was a lot of vertical gain and I found myself having to really push through it. Once you make it to the top, the wind is unbelievable and cold. I was swaying back and forth trying to find my footing. On the way back you can't even jog down because it's too steep, so plan accordingly if you take the shorter steeper path. The views were pretty great at the top, but I definitely wish I was more prepared with cold weather gear.
