Great day for a hike on National Trails Day. Hiked this with a coworker who has never been on a hike longer than 3 miles and not anything over 2000′ elevation. Trail conditions were great. There were patches of snow on the final incline from Devil's Backbone, but there were no issues. We took our time going up the final stretch as the altitude slowed us down a bit. But we made it!
