Mount Wilson New Year’s Day solo hike

Snowfields to cross – could be difficult

First time hiking up Mount Wilson Trail from Sierra Madre. It’s a nice change from the Chantry route. Encountered first sight of snow at Manzanita Ridge. Snow and ice on toll road all the way up to summit. Would definitely take this route again.
