I've always considered BP as an easy hike, but I struggled this time hahaha. We'll, atleast at the beginning. It could be that I'm less active, and has been drinking margaritas from our vacation. Or I was just sleepy. I did get my energy up half way up.
I'm kinda balancing my activities now since the world is slowly opening up. Gonna add in a bunch of travels and other fun activities.
Back to the hike. Road was closed from the west side so if you're coming from LA, you're gonna have to drive around to the east. Hopefully, it's open now. We saw A LOT of PCT backpackers on the way down. I was cheering for them and reminding them how fuckin amazing they are. I chatted with one of them and their group started back in April. So they're one month in now. Our last backpacking trip was a week in Yosemite and that was hella fun. Unfortunately, I don't think we have anything planned this year. Instead, we're gonna travel more which I'm very excited about!
