messy trail with mud and snow and ice basically the whole way, last mile or so the trail was buried and you had to cut through all those little switchbacks and go straight up, what a climb

gorgeous day and there were some amazing views, definitely a great way to end the socal challenge

      parking lot was open, the angeles crest hwy closes right at the trailhead, so you have to go around
