Despite being cloudy in neighboring Pasadena, the trailhead was high enough that it was above the clouds. Very sunny the entire hike, though a bit windy at the summit. Trail was in great condition, though slippery on the descent down the Baldy Bowl Trail due to loose dirt and it being decently steep at some points. Great hike overall!
