The minor obstacles being Jeeps, and trucks, and then more Jeeps. Imagine walking down an urban sidewalk except, it isn't paved, there's not enough room for hikers and ORV's, so sending both up what amounts to being a dusty, narrow, upward churning, helter-skeltor of death is troubling.
A side note would be that, aside from the odd place or two, the “Off-roading” here could be executed by a three-year-old, thus attracting the least-experienced “off-roaders” which is not awesome either.
