Excellent hike, might be the most complete experience on the six-pack list.  I did a double dipsea earlier in the season and a single dipsea last year so familiar with the area and trails a little bit.  Steep Ravine trail was my favorite, I almost kept following the dipsea trail out of habit and had to turn around and come back to stay on route.  I was excited about this one because it began and ended in Stinson Beach so you can grab a meal after/celebrate a little bit.

It was my first time on top of Mt. Tam and it did not disappoint.  I liked how the trail up to the summit seemed to dead-end at the rocks.  Figured out that a climb up the granite was the way up, just in time to interrupt somebody's family photo.  I must have missed something.

For me, finishing the Stinson Beach to Mt. Tam hike was also finishing the NorCal Six-Pack of Peaks challenge.  It's been great to have a road map and information source for these hikes, I had great experiences at every single one.  I think it would be cool if there was a little more interaction on here between hikers but I get that most people have their groups set up already.

When's the party?!?!?!?

I may do SoCal and/or Colorado as work may be taking me to Colorado Springs for Aug-Sep-Nov.
