The trail is in good condition. There is a rockslide past fire road, but easily passable. There is a new bench by Orchard Camp, which is nice, but there are many bugs around. So, bring a mosquito net and lots of water. Trekking poles are strongly recommended, especially for downhill. The Cosmic Cafe is open and there is a restroom and a water refill station.
