This trail is fairly easy compared with other strenuous ones in the SoCal six-pack of peaks. Due to the windy weather today, the Icehouse TH parking lot had plenty of spots available when I arrived around 7:45 a.m. The first mile of the trail is full of falling golden leaves, beautiful. The view from the peak is stunning. The sky is clear, I can easily spot San Gorgonio Peak and San Sanito Peak from the distance.
