I’ve done Turtlehead Peak a few times, but today was particularly notable. My legs were tired from doing Black Mountain the day before, but I still ascended 1 minute shy of my personal record (PR was 62 minutes, ascended in 63 minutes). As usual, the views from the top of Turtlehead are amazing. Can’t recommend that hike enough.
