It was presidents Day early morning . I was the second car in the parking lot about 7:00 AM on a cloudy day with the temps in the fifties . I would not want to hike this trail in the summer it is very exposed and is perfect terrain for Rattle Snakes. The trail conditions are very good until the last four tens of a mile where it gets very steep. It is the first peak in my Six Peak Challenge!
