The hike was phenomenal. This was our first hike in the LA area. I was so surprised on how lush and green it was. Being able to walk over the waterfall and next to the river most of the time was amazing. The hike was very challenging mainly because this was our first time hiking this distance. It was very interesting to see how different one side of the mountain was different from the other during the decent.
