Stunning escape from the valley June gloom.  The creek is going off and wildflowers are still blooming. Several false summits but the final peak was amazing.  Who took the sign and replaced it with the Lake Elsinore Women's Hiking Group? Had fun with the good people of the Sierra Club hiking in military-like single file.  Soaked my feet in the creek – they went numb immediately.  Took 7 hours and 3 liters of water.
