The day couldn't have been better. It's January and I could wish for snow, but it really was a beautiful Southern California day.
Headed up with the awesome Hike Beyond the Hills crew.
I don't go to Ontario often enough. Cucamonga is awesome, but Ontario is nice too. Different. The views aren't the same. The trail isn't as picturesque. But still it's a nice change of pace. The trail is easier than Cucamonga, without the exposure, and if you're nervous about that it's a good peak.
After we tagged Ontario we headed over to Big Horn which may be even less visited, but worthwhile, especially as it's only a 1.5 mile detour and another peak bagged.
All in all it was a great day with great company.
