This hike… so I am the type of hiker who will complain most of the way because i hate pain however i really do enjoy hiking and being outside. but this particular hike really pushed me and made me question wtf i was doing. The cool part was we started the trail in the dark, which i had never done before. You can see all the stars so clearly, i cant remember the last time i saw so many stars. There was a lot of  side backs all the way up the trail, which going up wasn't too bad, but coming back down my toes were hurting. Now most trail apps say 12.5 miles but we tracked it from beginning to end and that shit was 14 miles. I thought i was going to die and all my limbs were going to fall off!!! buttttt don't let my complaining fool you, that view from the top is MARVELOUS!!!! the air is so clean, fresh and crisp. I have to say this is one of the coolest hikes i've done to date.
