This hike was fairly easy with a clean and clear pathway to the peak. The distance is slightly longer than I expected, but the difficulty is moderate. The wind near the Icehouse Saddle to the peak is chilly, so a windbreaker and gloves are recommended. The view from the peak is amazing – there are also a few areas of shade to take rest.
