It was the perfect hiking weather. Arrived at the parking lot at 6:15 am and was happy to see a few other hikers about to set out. I got the summit around 10am. Trail is easy to follow, but is pretty rocky during many parts, so I was grateful for my poles on the way down. Everyone I met at the peak were all doing the 6 peak Challenge, including a Scout Troop. So that was nice. Overall it was a nice steady incline and a good work out. I’ll definitely be back.
