Finally got a chance to hike up to Ontario Peak after 20 years. First time I've seen the lot full on a regular weekday. A lot of folks were getting an early start at Icehouse to beat the heat. Conditions were great and is free of snow. I did get bitten by some bugs even after applying bug spray, but getting to the peak was worth it. My hope of a peaceful time at the peak was, however, hampered by the noisy drone that was being flown by someone at the peak. Other than that, I was glad to bag this peak despite the Socal Summer heat.
