We tracked this hike as 13.2 miles from Icehouse parking lot to Ontario Peak. Move time was ~5:55, pace 26.51.
This was another beautiful hike – lots of trees and shade until closer to the peak. Once you branch off towards Ontario at the Saddle, it was much less crowded, which was great.
I hiked in my hiking pants and a sleeveless shirt, which worked well as the breeze stayed cool for virtually the entire hike.
The one warning I'd share is BEES! There are lots of a bush that the bees absolutely love. They don't bother you at all, but if you're very allergic, it might be worth waiting until this bush is out of bloom…
For water, I went through my 1.5L water bladder and a 20 oz Gatorlyte (and had an extra 20 oz water to spare).
