Was excited that an alternative was availbe for us to finish the summer challange. This one was a great one to complete as my hiking buddy and I could walk in tandem the whole time and converse. When we finally made it to the top, the watch tower stairs were open so we got to go up just before the top for a little extra vantage on the beautiful view of the lava flow and surrounding areas! Cheers to completing our 2nd 6 pack, ready to begin #3!
