By hardest hardest peak I’ve  hike since I started six pack of peak challenge, but worth every steep it took to make it. I fell in love with the beautiful dense forest. My buddy and I hiked up to little round valley first and spent the night there. We woke up the next morning at 4:30am and made our way to San Jacinto peak. Last .3 miles I’m has a few switchbacks and then it’s a Rick scramble to the top with no trail. I will definitely be back to this beautiful mountain. Also lots of water sources on the way up so no need to over pack With water just take a filter with you and you’re set
