Everyone has hiked to the saddle and viewed Weaver's Needle. Some may even have gone further to Lone Tree, which you can also see from a distance at the saddle. I like to mix things up to keep from getting bored, so I used the opportunity to make my first attempt at reaching Robber's Roost. I was nervous about going alone, given how many people get lost, never find the Roost or get overcome by the heat in the Supes. But I took a friend, did some research and really had no trouble finding it. In fact, now that I know where it is, I would say that it's easy. The majority of people we passed, which were less than normal as it was Thursday, did not know it was there. So I feel.pretty good about the trek today! We also saw a tarantula, some steer and 4 mountain goats!
