This trail was gorgeous!!! So many flowers, trees, singing birds, greens, meadows, and just clear crisp air. The weather was perfect, not too cold or too hot. The trail was a gradual incline, but still challenging with a few breaks needed here and there. The summit was long and the last two miles up were the worst; I felt like giving up but I didn't! They seemed to drag on and on and my legs were getting tired but I pushed through because I knew the peak would be worth it, and let me tell you- it sure was!!! There were nice shady places to sit or lay and eat lunch. Some folks napped. Spent an hour at the peak with my group and took tons of photos. Was able to see San Jacinto and San Gorgonio in the background. The trek down was easier and fast but felt like forever after miles and hours of hiking. Despite the distance, this trail was by far the most beautiful one I've hiked yet. <3
