This hike was long, but gradual. It starts with switchbacks, then some flattish areas, before the last bit with more elevation gain. The scenery was gorgeous, and the views made the effort well worth the effort.
I went with my husband and a group of friends. We had two cars and were lucky enough to grab the last two spots in the main lot. The road leading to the parking log was a bit rough, but passable even in my Kia.
