My first time on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Definitely an interesting experience. Rather crowded on a Sunday morning. Last time I did San Jacinto was from Idyllwild on the west side. Much longer and tougher hike than coming from the tramway on the east. Only 2300′ elevation gain from here. Overall, a good experience and not sure if I would do this hike again from the tramway.
