Since the 243 highway is closed from Banning, we had to use the 74 highway through Hemet and we were delayed a bit going to Idyllwild due to controlled traffic situation over there. Found parking without a problem. I guess due to the Palm Springs tram being closed for maintenance there were less people to and from the peak that day. The weather was good with some breeze while going up. And of course the views were awesome once we got to the peak!
