I took a walk with my friends Hank and Kamal.
This is always a great hike. On the way up it's really nice. On the way down it seems twice as long.
We ran into snow past the wilderness sign. In the morning the snow was hard and firm. Microspikes were good. Coming down it was soft and we postholed for miles. That would have been fine, except where the snow was knee deep and deeper. Still we had a good time.
