number 6 for me! ????

originally planned to do ontario, but seeing as that i’d visited icehouse canyon a few times, thought i’d try something new! icehouse parking can get crazy on the weekend, but the parking for sitton was a plenty when i arrived on a june saturday 8am. you’ll need an adventure pass to park, but the candy store sells them (not sure what time they open). lot has bathrooms and a drinking water pump which was nice and cold!

trail was well maintained, and the elevation was nice an gradual. i thought i’d save the easiest trail for last and while the trail itself was the east, the SUN WAS BRUTAL. my garmin tracked 85 degrees at the peak. bring more water than your normal.

panoramic views were super pretty and loved how empty the trails were 🙂

happy to close out the challenge with this one! but i’ll still be coming for the other peaks 🙂
