This was a great local hike! The trailhead was easy to find and the trail markers were pretty straight forward. The day was lovely, not too hot and we were able to extend the hike to make it a little over 10 miles. I highly recommend bringing trekking poles because the assent prior to summiting is quite steep and you'll need to do a little scrambling as well. I enjoyed the hike and will definitely revisit this peak!
