We started the hike at about 9:00. WE should have starred earlier because it got very hot out, about 94 degrees. The trail was very easy with the exception of the last .5 mile. I went with my friend Alison and her dog, Benjamin. The day was beyond beautiful ad everyone we met on the trail kind and friendly. Once we finished, we decided to go eat at the harbor and cool down. The harbor in Dana Point is very dog-friendly, so it was the perfect place to bring Benjamin.
