This is a relatively easy jaunt, all of the effort of the major effort is in the last 1.5 miles of the ascent you get up to 3000 ft drop down to about 2800 ft and them in .5 mi you ascend to 3239ft. Very steep, uneven terrain and the trail is very overgrown.

Bring a bug net, wear long sleeves and pants.

Saw poison pak as well. The trail is miserable with the amount of bugs, and it gets hot early.

Took 3hr and 42 minutes, jogged some of it to avoid bugs… Also spider webs
