first peak of the year! Done with a little sausage hero ????
The little sausgae doggie was so strong! He made the whole way up until the last 0.5 miles that was straight steep up with loose and slippery road and my friend had to carry him throguth it.
The last 0.5 miles were challenging and both me and my friend slipped once on the way down haha but glad that owe didn’t destroy our pants.  And my friend’s first question after she slipped was: how was my dog??? ????Would be safer to go slower and lower.
Parking was plenty 7:45 in the morning. I am glad we started early as the trail got pretty hot on our way out. I ran out of my 32 oz water at the end but good that we get to grab some water at the candy store upon completion of the trail. Overall a fun experience!
