Snow at Last!

Finally got to hike in some late season snow! Trail was in good condition, areas of snow for the last mile up to the summit, but pretty easy to navigate through. First couple of miles are a kick in the teeth and then the incline eases up quite a bit. A good training hike!

    I’m a little surprised there is still snow up there! That’s exciting to hear 🙂 Great scenery too, I love the views from lookout towers, functional and pretty at the same time.

      Tony, It appears to be open. No issues with either the Cleveland National Forest or the US Forest Service Closing this on down.
